About the role
- Budget control (creation of purchase requisitions in SAP, follow-up on order issuance and requirements with the procurement team, and monitoring invoice (NF) and debit/credit note (ND) entries against purchase orders)
- Supplier management (tracking installations, material deliveries, vendor registrations, etc.)
- Management of promotional items (selection, design, coordination, procurement, and inventory)
- Management of the product photography process (assessing coverage, identifying missing items, coordinating and overseeing photography)
- Collect, consolidate, and track KPIs and other reports with the marketing team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with the ability to balance priorities and deliverables
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Intermediate to advanced English
