About the role
- Continuously improve processes through the identification, reduction or elimination, and control of variation, and the systematic use of Six Sigma and Red X methodology
- Promote a Problem-Solving Culture by identifying high-impact projects related to the company's key indicators
- Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on CI methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to implement sustainable improvements
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, and financial impact reports
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Black Belt certification is a must
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Knowledge on Problem Solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and Red X, root cause analysis methodology such as 8Ds, 5 whys, core tools
- Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Valid US VISA.
