About the role
- Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation and company standards.
- Oversee emergency systems administration and response planning.
- Implement risk analysis methodologies aligned with ISO 31000.
- Coordinate preventive measures under CTPAT and loss prevention programs.
- Support continuous improvement projects related to ergonomics and workplace safety.
- Drive behavioral-based safety (BBS) initiatives and accident investigation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain certifications (RSCI, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE roles.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental legislation.
- Hands on experience with expansion facilities projects.
- Familiarity with emergency systems and risk analysis (ISO 31000).
- Experience with Metal Working Fluid and ergonomics.
- Knowledge of accident investigation methodologies (8D) and safety standards.
- Conversational english proficiency.
