About the role
- Evaluate and analyze daily achieved results (focus on FTT & scrap) in daily work.
- Daily report NOK shock absorbs which FTT or scrap are not reached and root causes of failures to management and share them to global valve team.
- Consult NOK results with stakeholders when errors and deficiencies are detected, design countermeasures in cooperation with competent departments and push them into practice.
- Prepare reports for SFM and for internal daily FTT meeting with global valve team.
- Participate daily SFM level 2, if necessary, join level 1.
Requirements
- 3 years at least in automobile industry as process /quality / product development engineer, if he/she was in shock absorb manufacture plant should be perfect.
- Good writing, reading and speaking English skill.
