About the role
- Ensure the follow-up and control of customer call-off schedules.
- Plan primary needs in coordination with Logistics team leader.
- Assign dispatch quantities and ensure dispatch monitoring.
- Control call-off differences; in case of big differences, running escalation via Logistics Team Leader.
- Contact partner for customer audits concerning any logistics issues.
- To participate in the cooperation in monthly planning circles.
- Plan Phase-in and phase-out of customer orders.
- Contribute in preparing reports of customer logistics. (e.g. internal and external delivery reliability.)
- Control production in order to ensure quantities and delivery deadlines.
- Managing outbound invoicing/e-invoicing processes.
- Maintaining and updating SAP R/3 SD module master data and SAP R/3 SD module related improvements.
- Plans, realizes and updates product packaging in cooperation with customers.
- Internal layered audit of real shipments on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry, customer logistics management.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP systems experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferable experience in continuous improvement and lean projects.
- Good communication, analytical skills, assertiveness and customer focus.
