About the role
- Lead the implementation and execution of the global commercial excellence and customer service strategy in the region
- Implement and execute the global Customer Commercial Excellence (CCEX) strategy in the region, promoting excellence in multi-channel sales and services
- Develop and ensure execution of strategies for strategic accounts, maximizing customer lifetime value
- Optimize the customer journey, drive customer-centricity and ensure a smooth, satisfactory purchasing experience
- Lead the implementation of advanced customer-focused capabilities with an emphasis on commercial impact
- Ensure efficient operation of sales channels and technical support (hotlines)
- Promote adoption of digital and analytical tools in sales and customer service processes to drive growth and effectiveness
- Support the regional pricing strategy for products, accounts and channels, aligned with global guidelines to maximize profitability and regional P&L margin
- Establish governance over commercial conditions (pricing, bonuses, contracts, discounts).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Solid market knowledge and experience in managing aftermarket projects
- Fluent English
- Spanish is a plus
- Customer-oriented profile with experience in sales operations
- Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in international environments
- Analytical ability to convert data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong command of digital and analytical tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Qualtrics, Excel)
- Ability to lead complex, large-scale change remotely
- Experience managing transactional and multi-channel sales networks.
