About the role
- Liaise with stakeholders to define a clear strategy of the team’s product roadmap, provide customer and business analysis and context to the engineering teams
- Act as the voice of the customers within the team
- Maintain a deep understanding of the domain and the product, manage, and prioritize the backlog and communicate the right priorities and content at any time
- Break down complexity and work with the team to define a smart and iterative approach to complex problems
- Own and handle any existing product dependencies together with other Product Owners
- Own the quality and the scope of the team
- Plan related activities together with the engineering management partners
- Validate the outcome of the development iterations
- Contribute to and lead documentation efforts for the team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role for a digital solution
- Relevant professional experience in principles of agile software/product development, analytical way of working, solution orientation, creativity and the desire to create/innovate
- Domain knowledge in any mobility related domain a plus (such as fleet management, logistics, electric mobility, public transportation, predictive maintenance, navigation)
- Good communication skills, ability to create convincing concepts, to motivate teams and to organize buy-in by stakeholders, customers and partners
- Fluency in English
