About the role

  • Execute/ define day-to-day finance processes (e.g. preparation and analysis of financial reports in the context of plant controlling)
  • Supporting Plant Controlling team
  • Supporting cost control and optimization efforts
  • Participating in financial planning and budgeting activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring alignment with corporate standards
  • Extract, analyze, and visualize financial data from SAP, ensuring timely delivery of investment, material, sales and expense reports
  • Execute closing tasks, including Cost Center Assessments, Material Ledger reconciliation and purchase controlling MEC activities
  • Perform risk management activities, including ICS controls, CO Settlements and other mitigation processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plant controlling, manufacturing controlling, financial reporting, forecasting, or controlling other processes
  • University degree in Finance/Controlling/Business Administration
  • Strong expertise in SAP workflows
  • Expertise in Power BI and Excel solutions with knowledge of reporting automation
  • Knowledge on Business Inteligence or Data Analytics
  • Accounting expertise with proficiency in factory-specific reporting
  • Advanced collaboration and time management skills to meet operational deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English; additional languages as a plus.
