About the role
- Execute/ define day-to-day finance processes (e.g. preparation and analysis of financial reports in the context of plant controlling)
- Supporting Plant Controlling team
- Supporting cost control and optimization efforts
- Participating in financial planning and budgeting activities
- Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Extract, analyze, and visualize financial data from SAP, ensuring timely delivery of investment, material, sales and expense reports
- Execute closing tasks, including Cost Center Assessments, Material Ledger reconciliation and purchase controlling MEC activities
- Perform risk management activities, including ICS controls, CO Settlements and other mitigation processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plant controlling, manufacturing controlling, financial reporting, forecasting, or controlling other processes
- University degree in Finance/Controlling/Business Administration
- Strong expertise in SAP workflows
- Expertise in Power BI and Excel solutions with knowledge of reporting automation
- Knowledge on Business Inteligence or Data Analytics
- Accounting expertise with proficiency in factory-specific reporting
- Advanced collaboration and time management skills to meet operational deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; additional languages as a plus.
