About the role
- Introduces new functionalities of the system (initiated by the sector), taking into account the local business environment
- Monitors and analyzes processes in order to propose optimization/improvement activities through IT tools (including proposals for the implementation of new functionalities)
- Create project documentation, guidelines, work instructions and manage user authorization activities
- Conducts end-user training (regular and user-specific), provides first-level support and support to new colleagues in IT integration
Requirements
- Education VII degree of the technical faculty
- Several years of professional experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP modules: MM, WM, EWM, PP
