About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a change agent and drive operational excellence transformation
  • Apply and deploy lean values and principles across the organization
  • Eliminate waste and create value by reducing process variation for sustainable results
  • Use Continuous Improvement and Kaizen techniques to initiate process, cycle time, and cost reductions
  • Drive and carry across identified best practices
  • Foster cross-functional and cross-factory communication and technical exchange
  • Support generation of standard work
  • Conduct Lean and Six Sigma training and accelerate the Lean Continuous Improvement culture
  • Participate in the selection and execution of Lean and Six Sigma projects
  • Provide strategic Lean transformation deployment plans for assigned initiatives
  • Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt highly preferred
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or related manufacturing leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success leading high-impact enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strategic transformation experience preferred
  • Expertise in resource planning, milestone tracking, risk assessment, and cost control
  • Strong capability in root cause analysis, DOE, GR&R, SPC, and process capability
  • Ability to extract insights from large datasets and convert them into actionable improvements
  • Ability to integrate improvements into broader systems using a defined change management approach
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and drive cultural change
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops, Kaizen events, and leadership updates
