Account Manager II
ZeusIndustrial Account Manager responsible for executing strategic business initiatives for clients in industrial markets. Directing business opportunities and generating leads to maximize profitability for Zeus.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute strategic initiatives by seeking out new business opportunities and generating leads.
- Direct end-use customers to distribution channel partners.
- Convert prospects into loyal clients to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate understanding of the customer’s business and develop account plans.
- Perform customer service and account management functions under general supervision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B industrial account management, distribution channel management, sales, or a customer service role.
- Demonstrated experience in a proactive selling role.
- Knowledge of plastics technology or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to successfully work in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in CRM applications, PRM applications and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer issues promptly.
- Good organizational skills.
- Travel 10-25%.
