Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute strategic initiatives by seeking out new business opportunities and generating leads.
  • Direct end-use customers to distribution channel partners.
  • Convert prospects into loyal clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the customer’s business and develop account plans.
  • Perform customer service and account management functions under general supervision.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B industrial account management, distribution channel management, sales, or a customer service role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a proactive selling role.
  • Knowledge of plastics technology or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to successfully work in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM applications, PRM applications and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer issues promptly.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Travel 10-25%.
