Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the processing of all fixed asset transactions via the Company's BNA fixed asset software.
Provides supervision over the fixed asset / project coordinator.
Maintain the fixed asset records in accordance with GAAP and the Company's capitalization policy.
Supervises and directs all work activities for the Project Accountant and Accounting Clerk.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Accounting or related business curriculum
Experience with BNA fixed asset software or other stand-alone asset software programs.
Previous experience with project accounting methodologies and self-constructed asset construction cost compilations.
Desire and ability to lead and develop the fixed asset coordinator.
Computer literate, including familiarity with a nationally known ERP system and the Microsoft Office suite of software.
