About the role

  • Oversee the systems, processes, and tools that support the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
  • Act as the functional lead and administrator of FP&A platforms.
  • Drive integration between financial systems and data sources.
  • Ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient financial processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a related analytical function.
  • Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle PBCS, Workday Adaptive).
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and reporting best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)., preferred
  • Working knowledge of SQL or scripting for data manipulation and validation.
  • Experience supporting digital finance transformation or system implementations, preferred.
  • Project management or process improvement certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting skills.
