About the role

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and build AI systems (Email Suites, chatbots, NLP/ML use cases)
  • Lead development of innovative models and strategies, ensuring operationalization of AI solutions
  • Generate ideas for exploratory analysis and provide data-driven strategic recommendations
  • Rapidly prototype solutions and participate in product/feature discussions
  • Create dashboards and documentation; monitor key data metrics and report results
  • Work with software engineers to deploy and integrate models into production ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Identify and analyze key business metrics and recommend product features

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning/Data Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience (developing ML solutions)
  • Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing (NER, topic modeling, sentiment analysis)
  • Proven proficiency in Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, and Scikit-Learn
  • In-depth expertise in Python programming
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Hadoop or Spark)
  • Comprehensive understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML techniques (decision trees, random forests, boosting, clustering)
