About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside the Healthcare Strategy Team and Act as the Healthcare vertical DC SME, developing industry-specific use cases, narratives, and go-to-market strategies
  • Create and maintain collateral, case studies, and solution frameworks tailored to healthcare clients
  • Translate complex healthcare data challenges into actionable, scalable solutions
  • Design and build end-to-end demo environments showcasing Zeta’s Data Cloud and ZMP capabilities
  • Lead custom solution development, from ideation through execution and client presentation
  • Deliver compelling platform demos and solution walkthroughs to prospects and clients
  • Partner with sales teams to scope, pitch, and close new business opportunities
  • Support both pre-sales and post-sales solutioning, ensuring alignment with client needs
  • Develop client-specific business cases using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data
  • Work with Healthcare Strategy Team, product, analytics, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Support training, onboarding, and internal enablement for Data Cloud capabilities
  • Collaborate on PR, thought leadership, and vertical positioning in healthcare
  • Manage and track Data Cloud-supported pipeline and deliverables
  • Oversee project management of solution outputs (audiences, insights, reporting)
  • Ensure high-quality, client-ready outputs across all engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or data-driven marketing/analytics
  • Experience in healthcare data, identity, or audience solutions strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of data strategy, audience segmentation, and analytics
  • Experience building client-ready collateral, use cases, and case studies
  • Strong presentation and demo skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience with data platforms, CDPs, or marketing technology (ZMP a plus)
  • Understanding pharma expert determination, measurement (AQ/TM, Dx Reach, NRx/NBRx, etc.), healthcare promotion laws at a high level, etc.
