About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison across sales, customer success, data cloud, and analytics teams to ensure seamless strategy alignment and execution.
  • Bridge presales strategy with post-sales execution, maintaining continuity of objectives and fostering collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver forward-thinking strategic roadmaps that align with client goals and business outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights, trends, and opportunities from the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) to inform and enhance client campaigns.
  • Leverage ZMP Intelligence offerings.
  • Build deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business objectives.
  • Facilitate collaborative client sessions, to drive innovation and alignment.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure successful onboarding and activation of first-party (1P) data, leveraging audience intelligence to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage roadmap deliverables, clarifying objectives, defining tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in client strategies, proposing innovative solutions to optimize performance.
  • Write and share reports that clearly and strongly explain progress, insights, and suggestions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, marketing strategy, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging first-party (1P) data for marketing insights, personalization, and activation.
  • Solid knowledge of cross-channel marketing, including digital, media, and traditional channels.
  • Paid digital media experience within retail, CPG, pharma, finance and travel industries preferable
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Exemplary analytical skills, with a track record of using data to inform strategy and storytelling.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering strategic roadmaps and performance stories to senior stakeholders.
  • An initiative-taking, problem-solving mindset and an interest for leading innovation and performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
