About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Turn complex supply chain data into meaningful insights that drive better business decisions
Lead reporting and analysis across cost-to-serve, cost of quality, and operational performance
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock value across the global supply chain
Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Sustainability, and Digital teams to solve complex business challenges
Lead strategic projects, business cases, and modelling supporting long-term growth
Support senior leaders with insights, recommendations, and performance reporting
Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years' experience in a commercial, supply chain, operations, or business insights role
Strong experience analysing data, building models, and translating insights into action
Track record of leading projects delivering operational improvements or cost savings
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to see both the big picture and the detail
Confidence engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders across a global business
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
