About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist with order processing, order tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Support logistics activities, including shipment coordination, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate planning, allocation, and operational data within internal systems.
Assist in managing daily operational priorities and responding to business demands in a timely manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Economics or Supply Chain/ Logistics.
Proficient English and Italian.
French proficiency is an added advantage.
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) and SAP knowledge.
Export experience preferred
