About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the execution of Zespri's growth strategy across Germany, helping deliver sustainable volume and value growth.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, retail customers, distributors, and external partners.
  • Coordinating and delivering impactful trade marketing and shopper activation campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Developing sales and trade materials that support customer engagement and commercial success.
  • Working alongside the local Key Account Management and Trade Marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimise retail performance.
  • Analysing market, shopper, retailer, competitor and pricing data to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Becoming Zespri's "eyes and ears" in market by identifying trends, opportunities and risks, and helping shape future growth initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Around 2+ years of professional experience in sales, trade marketing, category management, FMCG, retail, or a related commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
  • Native German language skills and fluency in English.
  • Flexibility to travel within Germany when required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
