About the role
- Lead and coordinate customer projects related to EV charging products (AC and DC).
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering/production teams.
- Translate customer requirements and specifications into technical solutions in collaboration with R&D and engineering in out HQ.
- Prepare and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Oversee product configuration, customization, and compliance with relevant electrical standards and certifications.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.
- Track project progress, generate status reports, and provide updates to management and customers.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather market insights and monitor trends to support future product development.
Requirements
- Willingness to commute daily to our office in Amstelveen- this is a fully on-site role.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2 – 7 years of project management experience in electrical/electronic products, renewable energy, or EV charging solutions.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and EV charging technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, UL, CE, etc.) and certification processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer meetings, suppliers, and exhibitions.
- Fluent in English, Chinese is an advantage.
