About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the operational execution of our expansion strategy, bridging the gap between data insights and commercial action.
- Analyze the existing customer portfolio to diagnose latent opportunities and turn them into qualified expansion pipeline.
- Design and implement the internal standard for lead identification and qualification within existing accounts.
- Act as the operational link between Customer Success and Account Executives to surface and qualify upsell opportunities.
- Leverage internal data and AI insights to prioritize outreach and maximize conversion rates.
- Coach and mentor a SDR, fostering their development and ensuring team progression.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Management Consulting, ideally within Enterprise SaaS or the maritime industry.
- Strong business instinct with the ability to quickly understand complex commercial setups and value drivers.
- Comfortable with data analytics and eager to use AI/data insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ROI and value propositions clearly.
