About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape the operational execution of our expansion strategy, bridging the gap between data insights and commercial action.
  • Analyze the existing customer portfolio to diagnose latent opportunities and turn them into qualified expansion pipeline.
  • Design and implement the internal standard for lead identification and qualification within existing accounts.
  • Act as the operational link between Customer Success and Account Executives to surface and qualify upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage internal data and AI insights to prioritize outreach and maximize conversion rates.
  • Coach and mentor a SDR, fostering their development and ensuring team progression.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Management Consulting, ideally within Enterprise SaaS or the maritime industry.
  • Strong business instinct with the ability to quickly understand complex commercial setups and value drivers.
  • Comfortable with data analytics and eager to use AI/data insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ROI and value propositions clearly.
