About the role

Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical insight and addressing client questions or concerns regarding ZeroFox solutions.
Engage in technical pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, proof of concept executions, and strategic presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrate the ZeroFox platform, conduct proof of concepts, and customize technical presentations to meet client needs.
Collaborate with Product Management to gather essential feedback from customers and contribute to product refinement and enhancement.
Educate channel partners and customers on technical capabilities and best practices concerning the ZeroFox platform.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and the competitive environment.
Participate in customer meetings and workshops to develop technical architectures tailored to specific business requirements.
Assist in the development of technical documentation and sales collateral.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
Proven experience and track record in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales.
Strong familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM products, and security information management.
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript, as well as familiarity with REST APIs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and partners.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology and innovation.
