Requirements

What you’ll need

Generalist with at least one year of professional product design experience
Comfortable working with sticky notes, whiteboard markers, Figma, AI tools, and front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS)
Detail oriented systems thinker, excited to meet users in the office or the field
Proven track record of building elegant digital experiences
Strong opinions about AI in the design process
Pragmatic team player and self-starter with a growth mindset
Enthusiastic about in-person work, engaging in healthy debates and collaborative workshops
Live within 50 miles of Denver, CO or willing to relocate
Nice to haver: experience with large scale consumer or B2B products, native mobile app design, graphic design, illustration, video production skills, relevant industry experience, early-stage startups
