About the role
- Own the full growth funnel: SEO, SEM, and AEO, activation experiments, signup and onboarding flows, in-app messaging, and conversion optimization
- Develop growth strategies, run experiments, and build features across products that move key business metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to transform business opportunities into measurable growth initiatives
- Participate in projects that may involve deep dives into various aspects of homeowner technology usage
- Work with minimal oversight and make product-level decisions to improve workflows and user experience
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience across a range of languages, frameworks, and cloud environments
- A generalist engineer with discerning standards, owning projects from beginning to end
- Data-driven—obsess over usage data and sweat the metrics to guide work
- Detail-oriented systems thinker—own the whole funnel and understand user needs in context
- Pragmatic, experienced team leader eager to collaborate with others and manage a small team
- Enthusiastic about in-person work; live within 50 miles of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate
