Work with minimal oversight and make product-level decisions to improve workflows and user experience

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience across a range of languages, frameworks, and cloud environments
A generalist engineer with discerning standards, owning projects from beginning to end
Data-driven—obsess over usage data and sweat the metrics to guide work
Detail-oriented systems thinker—own the whole funnel and understand user needs in context
Pragmatic, experienced team leader eager to collaborate with others and manage a small team
Enthusiastic about in-person work; live within 50 miles of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate
