About the role
- Senior individual contributor on the product design team
- Partner with Lead Product Designer and engineers
- Deliver new features in six week cycles
- Make project level design decisions with minimal oversight
- Support software products including mobile applications and web-based tools
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional product design experience
- Comfortable working with Figma, sticky notes, and whiteboard markers
- Strong in design systems and able to work within existing systems
- Eager to dive into the world of residential electrification
- Experience with large scale consumer or B2B products is a nice to have
- Graphic design, illustration, and/or video production skills are a nice to have
- Relevant industry experience (residential construction, HVAC, etc.) is a nice to have
