Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic partner to our growing legal team.
Support the legal operations, contracting, and regulatory functions.
Own assigned litigation matters; negotiate commercial agreements.
Ensure ongoing privacy compliance, preparing responses to regulators and law enforcement.
Manage employment matters.
Provide strategic legal advice to the People team on a range of employment matters.
Monitor and analyze international legal developments to support global expansion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 4–6 years of legal experience, with a significant portion spent in an in-house environment.
Proven track record in commercial drafting, privacy law, and navigating financial or fintech regulations.
Direct experience managing subpoenas and government requests.
Experience navigating international law and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the "ownership" mindset required to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of professionalism, personal responsibility, and ethical judgment.
