About the role
- Lead all technical scoping for new chain, token, and ecosystem product integrations.
- Translate partner requirements into technical specifications, API mappings, and integration plans.
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions with Product Managers and Engineers to evaluate feasibility, dependencies, and required architectural changes.
- Produce integration documentation, sequence diagrams, data flow outlines, and partner-facing technical materials.
- Support external partners with sandbox testing, API validation, and integration troubleshooting.
- Maintain a technical integration tracker linked to the broader ecosystem pipeline.
- Monitor integration progress across engineering teams and provide weekly technical updates to leadership.
- Identify technical blockers early and drive cross-functional resolution with Engineering, Compliance, and Product.
- Create and maintain outward-facing technical assets, including case studies, solution briefs, technical blogs, and whitepapers.
- Represent zerohash’s capabilities clearly and accurately in ecosystem conversations, partner workshops, and industry discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ecosystem onboarding and technical validation processes.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical architecture, or integration engineering in crypto infrastructure or fintech.
- Experience in crypto infrastructure or fintech, with strong comfort working with complex API and SDK based products.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including chain architecture, wallets, custody models, and transaction flows.
- Comfortable working with concepts such as settlement, reconciliation, address generation, and on and off-ramp logic.
- Deep familiarity with API design and integration patterns, including RESTful APIs, authentication models, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
- Able to translate technical details into clear deliverables for Product, Engineering, and external partners.
- Skilled communicator who can work equally well with Product, Engineering, and external ecosystem partners.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
