About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You ensure that new B2B customers (pest control companies) understand our SaaS solution smoothly and sustainably.
- You plan, lead, and oversee technical customer implementations.
- You regularly conduct onboarding meetings across Germany, visiting customers on-site.
- You are the main point of contact throughout the entire onboarding phase: weekly syncs, status updates, journey mapping.
- You identify blockers early and handle escalations proactively, solution-oriented, and with confidence.
- You develop long-term customer relationships, support them through their journey, and grow together.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You work extremely independently and do not require micromanagement.
- Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels, including colleagues, senior management, board members, external partners, and technicians.
- You are willing to travel, flexible, and able to plan travel independently.
- You can build trust — and restore it when needed.
- You are passionate about startup building work and interpersonal relationships.
- Experience in project management, customer excellence, onboarding, and technical implementations — ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context.
- Ability to structure complex technical content in a clear way and make it actionable for others.
- Pragmatic, get-things-done attitude.
- Fluent in German and conversational in English.
