About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You drive zepta’s expansion by shaping our sales efforts from the start and acquiring new customers.
- You are the first point of contact for prospective customers, build relationships, inspire interest in our product, and actively close new B2B partnerships.
- You plan, lead, and oversee technical customer implementations — hands-on, clear, and structured.
- You regularly conduct nationwide onboarding meetings on site at customer locations in Germany.
- You motivate customers to participate actively and ensure they make progress and reach their goals.
- You identify blockers early and handle escalations proactively, solution-oriented, and with confidence.
- You develop long-term customer relationships, support them, and grow together with them.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels, including colleagues, senior management, board members, external partners, and technicians.
- You are willing to travel, flexible, and able to plan trips independently.
- You can build trust — and restore it when necessary.
- Building things from the ground up and developing interpersonal relationships are your passion.
- You have experience in sales, business development, onboarding, and technical implementations — ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context.
- You are fluent in German and have strong conversational English.
