About the role
- You ensure new B2B customers adopt and understand our SaaS solution smoothly and sustainably.
- You plan, lead and oversee technical customer implementations.
- You regularly conduct onboarding sessions at customer sites across Germany.
- You are the central point of contact throughout the entire onboarding phase.
- You identify blockers early and handle escalations proactively, with a solution-oriented and composed approach.
- You develop long-term customer relationships, support them, and grow together with them.
Requirements
- You work with a high degree of autonomy and do not require micromanagement.
- Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels.
- You are willing to travel, flexible, and able to plan your travel independently.
- You can build trust — and restore it when necessary.
- You have experience in project management, customer excellence, onboarding and technical implementations — ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context.
- You can structure complex technical content clearly and make it actionable for others.
- A pragmatic mindset to get things done independently.
- You speak fluent German and have conversational English.
