• Build and operate a modern, AI-assisted testing strategy for our next product generation (Laravel/Vue.js)
• End-to-end test automation with Playwright or similar, including AI-assisted test case generation and self-healing tests
• Quality assurance for our AI products: evaluation of LLM outputs, prompt testing, hallucination checks and behavioral tests for agentic workflows
• Establish a testing pyramid with the developers (Unit, Integration, E2E) with tight integration into CI/CD
• AI-assisted bug reproduction and root-cause analysis; translate customer tickets into reproducible tests
• Close collaboration with developers, product managers and the Co-CEO
