Account Executive

• Take over and further develop pre-qualified leads and manage them throughout the entire sales funnel — from initial contact to first setup. Important: you will not be required to perform cold outreach!
• Conduct product demos, needs analyses and presentations for stakeholders at HR, IT and C-level within German mid-sized companies (Mittelstand).
• Identify, map and evaluate product requirements and derive tailored solution approaches within our SaaS platform.
• Provide active support during the early onboarding process after contract signing to ensure a successful launch of our software and a smooth handover to Customer Success & Support.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing and our Co-CEO to share market feedback and help shape product and sales strategy.
• Independently manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and internal team members.
• Use and maintain our sales and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, MS Office, Notion) to structure your pipeline and document your activities.
• Represent the company to prospective customers — you will be one of the faces of our sales team.
• Actively contribute to brand awareness in the Mittelstand through feedback loops, market monitoring and continuous idea contribution.

• Conceptualize and design social media posts and digital marketing activities such as campaigns
