• You manage and develop our customers across the entire customer lifecycle — from onboarding and enablement to expansion.
• You conduct product demos, training sessions and tailored workshops to onboard customers effectively and maximize their use of our software.
• You are the primary point of contact for all technical and functional questions and ensure fast, solution-oriented support.
• You identify potential, spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and actively support the sustainable adoption of our software.
• You analyze usage data, derive recommendations and develop individual optimization measures together with our customers.
