About the role

  • Supports the successful adoption of ZEON elastomers in automotive applications.
  • Collaborates across all tiers of the automotive supply chain, OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Combines technical expertise with cross-functional coordination.
  • Guides product development, resolves customer issues, and aligns solutions with market needs.
  • Contributes to industry insights through presentations and research.
  • Manages projects from concept to launch and maintains compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Customer facing collaboration with all levels of supply chain.
  • Develops and presents technical literature for conferences and publication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive business development or product engineering.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Technical knowledge in the use of elastomers (rubber) in automotive applications as well as basic understanding of rubber compounding and manufacturing processes.
