About the role
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and contract renewals;
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and market share within the assigned client portfolio;
- Identify and prospect new potential clients through market research and networking;
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the products or services offered;
- Identify opportunities to expand traffic and adopt new channels (RCS and Voice) within the client portfolio;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure effective delivery of solutions to clients;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and regularly update the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats;
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an account management role;
- Advanced English and/or Spanish for meetings, presentations, and negotiations with global partners;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Hands-on knowledge of productivity tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and Metabase;
- Availability for business travel as required.
