About the role

  • Development and management of the annual events plan;
  • Planning and execution of owned events, trade shows, and sponsored events;
  • Management of timelines, checklists, and execution cadence for events;
  • Active coordination with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution;
  • Management of vendors, partners, and sponsorships;
  • Planning and setup of booths and activations;
  • On-site event oversight when required;
  • Structuring lead capture processes and tracking results;
  • Consolidation of lead reports, ROI, and post-event learnings;
  • Management and control of the events budget.

Requirements

  • Must be based in São Paulo or the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area;
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM;
  • Experience executing an end-to-end events plan;
  • Understanding of lead generation and contribution to the sales funnel;
  • Knowledge of event ROI measurement;
  • Strong organizational skills, predictability, and autonomy in project management.
