About the role

  • Lead and develop the SRE team, promoting technical autonomy and ensuring the maintenance of environments with availability above 99.9%.
  • Manage the FinOps strategy, maintaining and evolving rightsizing and lifecycle management policies that ensure cost efficiency in Cloud and On-Premises environments.
  • Ensure governance and compliance of environments (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and SOX), managing audits and guaranteeing security across all infrastructure layers.
  • Coordinate the response to critical incidents, crisis management and the preparation of post-mortems, acting as the technical communicator with stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee the health and scalability of distributed systems.

Requirements

  • Must reside in São Paulo or Porto Alegre; hybrid position.
  • Solid experience leading SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure teams in mission-critical environments.
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid environments (AWS and On-Premises) and container orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience managing Observability (Prometheus, Grafana) and defining SLAs/SLOs.
  • Data-driven mindset and automation-focused approach to operational decision-making.
