- Build and maintain GTM workflows across HubSpot, Clay, External Sales Tools, and internal data sources.
- Translate ICP definitions into routing logic, triggers, and prioritization rules
- Operationalize product usage and intent signals into actionable sales workflows
- Design, iterate, and scale outbound infrastructure and experimentation frameworks
- Protect data quality, attribution, and deliverability with clear guardrails
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to double down on what converts
- Document systems clearly and enable teams to use them correctly
Requirements
- Proven experience building GTM or revenue systems
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Experience with enrichment, sequencing, and outbound tooling
- Strong systems thinking and an ownership mindset
- Comfort operating without a fully defined playbook
- Fluent English — we are an English-first organization
- Experience with Clay, Amplemarket, or similar tools (nice-to-have)
- Technical fluency with APIs, scripting, or data pipelines (nice-to-have)
- SaaS B2B experience (nice-to-have)
