Full-stack Engineer

• You will own critical infrastructure components that ingest, enrich, and route billions of data points — ensuring performance, reliability, and horizontal scalability.
• Your work will directly impact throughput, customer SLAs, billing accuracy, and platform reliability.
• As a Senior Engineer, you'll operate at the intersection of deep system design, hands-on implementation, and technical leadership.
• You’ll collaborate with Infrastructure and Product teams to design fault-tolerant, observable, and cost-efficient systems that support our distributed workloads.

Senior Software Engineer – API

• Build and maintain GTM workflows across HubSpot, Clay, External Sales Tools, and internal data sources.
• Translate ICP definitions into routing logic, triggers, and prioritization rules
• Operationalize product usage and intent signals into actionable sales workflows
• Design, iterate, and scale outbound infrastructure and experimentation frameworks
• Protect data quality, attribution, and deliverability with clear guardrails
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to double down on what converts
• Document systems clearly and enable teams to use them correctly

GTM Engineer

• Work targeted ICP accounts using Amplemarket, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Run multi‑channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
• Turn warm signals (website visitors, intent data, trials) into high‑quality conversations
• Book qualified SQLs for the AE and Sales Lead
• Keep HubSpot clean and accurate (no ghost leads, no mystery meetings)
• Share on-the-ground insights to help refine ICP, messaging, and sequences
