About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead integrated measurement and analytics programs across diverse portfolio of clients
- Develop measurement strategies and analytics frameworks aligning with client objectives
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations
- Partner with strategy, creative, media and account teams for analytics integration
- Identify new measurement approaches, technologies and methodologies
- Mentor and develop team members in a collaborative environment
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, communications measurement or related fields
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring team members
- Experience developing measurement strategies and analytics frameworks
- Strong understanding of paid, earned, owned and social media measurement
- Experience translating complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
- Strong Excel skills with experience working across large datasets
- Experience building client-ready presentations and communicating findings to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with analytics, social listening and media intelligence platforms
