Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement, internal communications, change management or related fields
Experience developing communications programs that support employee engagement and organizational change
Strong writing, editing and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams
Understanding of internal communications channels, engagement platforms and employee listening tools
Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment
