About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of how our solutions meet needs
  • Strong business development skills to identify, qualify and win new deals via existing and new carrier partners
  • Provide market analysis, strategy, and work with leadership team on market development
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a select set of channel partners across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Develop trust, alignment, and collaboration to drive mutual success through joint business plans
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through targeted initiatives.
  • Solutions Development: Work closely with partners to identify, develop, and expand enterprise solutions opportunities.
  • Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of target customers and drive profitable sales.
  • Keep abreast of current market conditions, technology trends and business to create unique value proposition for Zenlayer in the market
  • Develop sales strategies to grow existing and new carrier accounts, and increase revenue streams in these accounts
  • Review, analyze and acquire a good understanding of the business, industry, regulatory trends and developments so as to provide the Board Members with the strategic guidance, analysis and insights to align directions back to Zenlayer
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Existing relationship with regional carriers is a pre-requisite
  • Work environment is fast paced, and priorities can shift quickly.
  • All employees are expected to go outside their primary responsibilities when required, and multi-task job duties on a regular basis.
