About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the U.S, including GTM and Engineering functions in the security sector.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing — leveraging LinkedIn, networking, events, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and employer branding.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
- Represent Zenity’s culture and values throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Between 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting , ideally within a cybersecurity startup or fast-growing tech environment, as a talent acquisition partner or recruiter
- Proven success in recruiting for both technical (R&D) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) roles- must.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
- Proven experience working with recruiting systems and data analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for people, culture, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
