Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, define, and document detailed business requirements from project stakeholders
Conduct needs assessments by collecting information about procedures, workflows, reports, and business needs
Translate multiple perspectives into requirements specifications
Communicate with project stakeholders regarding test results and changes to end-product requirements
Analyze client operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements and formats
Provide functional design support for projects
Participate in peer reviews of requirements, system design, code, and test cases
Determine system utilization requirements through research and testing
Document end-user requirements and create workflow and process diagrams
Provide end-user support via email, phone, chat, or face-to-face meetings
Manage end-user issues and ensure responsive customer care
Perform quality assurance reviews of specifications for internal and external delivery
Participate in writing and executing test plans and test cases
