About the role
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls during your assigned 8-hour shift
- Guide customers step-by-step through the onboarding and setup process using clear scripts and SOPs
- Follow a structured process to move customers from sign-up through enrollment
- Ensure a seamless handoff to the fulfillment team once the customer is onboarded
- Attend daily team huddles focused on call reviews and performance improvement
- Track and report key metrics including calls received, answered, conversions, and objections
- Maintain high responsiveness by answering all incoming calls through GHL
Requirements
- Strong verbal English communication skills with clear and confident delivery
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods of time
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Highly coachable and open to feedback
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
