About the role

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls during your assigned 8-hour shift
  • Guide customers step-by-step through the onboarding and setup process using clear scripts and SOPs
  • Follow a structured process to move customers from sign-up through enrollment
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to the fulfillment team once the customer is onboarded
  • Attend daily team huddles focused on call reviews and performance improvement
  • Track and report key metrics including calls received, answered, conversions, and objections
  • Maintain high responsiveness by answering all incoming calls through GHL
