About the role

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy that drives activation, retention, and revenue across key customer touchpoints
  • Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs
  • Analyze performance at every stage of the funnel, run experiments and A/B tests
  • Work closely with product, growth, data, and leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with core business goals

Requirements

  • Deep HubSpot expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Userpilot or similar in-app tools and SMS platforms
  • Proven track record running lifecycle programs that directly drive revenue
  • Strong experimentation mindset. You test, measure, iterate
  • Comfortable owning promotions and monetization workflows
  • Experience working with transactional email platforms like Postmark is a plus
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Preset, or other product analytics tools is a strong plus
