About the role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy that drives activation, retention, and revenue across key customer touchpoints
- Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs
- Analyze performance at every stage of the funnel, run experiments and A/B tests
- Work closely with product, growth, data, and leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with core business goals
Requirements
- Deep HubSpot expertise
- Hands-on experience with Userpilot or similar in-app tools and SMS platforms
- Proven track record running lifecycle programs that directly drive revenue
- Strong experimentation mindset. You test, measure, iterate
- Comfortable owning promotions and monetization workflows
- Experience working with transactional email platforms like Postmark is a plus
- Experience with Mixpanel, Preset, or other product analytics tools is a strong plus
