About the role

  • Take full ownership of sales quotas and proactively work towards meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the core sales team to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, empowering the sales team.
  • Provide expert guidance on customer's usage requirements and forecasted automation rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • A focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space is preferable.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable.
