About the role
- Take full ownership of sales quotas and proactively work towards meeting and exceeding targets.
- Collaborate closely with the core sales team to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, empowering the sales team.
- Provide expert guidance on customer's usage requirements and forecasted automation rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- A focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space is preferable.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable.
