  • Use data-driven insights to propel business forward
  • Work with stakeholders to unearth critical business questions

  • Craft and execute a strategy for delivering people insights, data modeling, and data governance
  • Shape team roadmap in alignment with People Team, Total Rewards and broader priorities
  • Facilitate meetings with leaders and stakeholders for projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with People Team COEs and key business stakeholders
  • Maintain insights delivery to the business and partner with leaders on advanced analytics and tools
  • Design, create and implement tools and frameworks for operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, or a related field OR equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of professional working experience with at least 5 years focused on HR/People Analytics
  • Direct experience managing a globally distributed team
  • Deep understanding of HR practices and processes
  • Acute analytical skills with proficiency in data cleaning/manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis
  • Proficient with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, R, SQL
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • Awareness of Governance, HR data privacy, and compliance requirements
