About the role
- Build and execute strategic account plans for the Norwegian enterprise sector
- Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
- Expand existing enterprise customers through adoption of Zendesk’s AI platform
- Engage and influence C-level executives and economic buyers
- Demonstrate strong AI fluency and articulate business impact
- Leverage AI sales tools for account research and forecasting
- Build compelling executive business cases and ROI models
- Collaborate internally and with Partner ecosystem to deliver customer-centric sales motion
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Travel regularly to Norway for customer meetings
Requirements
- Multi years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience driving multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise sales processes
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
- Strong understanding of AI and automation strategy
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered sales tools and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build, present, and defend executive-level business cases and ROI models
- Track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing outcomes in matrixed environments
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Norway for direct customer engagement and relationship-building
- Experience selling CX, CRM, CCaaS, or AI-powered platforms to enterprise customers.
