About the role
- Lead and scale the global treasury function, propelling growth and optimizing liquidity
- Develop the overall strategic vision, driving capital structure, maximizing cash return, and optimizing leverage
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to lead cash and capital structure strategies
- Manage investments and insurance programs
- Present quarterly to company lenders and periodically report to the Audit Committee
- Oversee the development of best-in-class risk management and insurance programs
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years proven experience in Treasury strategy operations in a global and publicly traded company
- Deep understanding of the global treasury environment and regulations
- Exceptional leadership with a proven track record of attracting, retaining and developing the best talent
- Ability to embrace ambiguity, solve complex problems and operate with velocity
- Systems level design thinking, developing scale solutions across people, processes, and tools
- Championship of AI capabilities
- Strategic and transformational thinker
- Adept at navigating and building relationships in large, matrixed organizations
- Ability to influence executive level internal and external audiences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
