Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage 30+ accounts simultaneously
- Understanding of local government operations – budget processes, council dynamics, departmental structures
- Strong communication skills with senior officials and operational staff
- Comfortable with CS platforms, CRMs (Salesforce)
- Familiarity with data analytics or community engagement tools
- Experience using AI tools to improve delivery
