About the role

  • Optimize product tools & processes
  • Assess and evolve our product roadmapping & prototyping tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma Make, etc) to improve clarity, flow, and automation practices.
  • Identify and pilot AI-enabled opportunities to simplify those workflows, automate manual overhead, simplify Scrum ceremonies and improve decision-making.
  • Establish lightweight, scalable product processes that teams actually want to use to streamline development.
  • Clarify and manage Product Lifecycle milestones with teams.
  • Build enablement & training programs
  • Create documentation and training sessions that upskill teams on new tools, processes, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Act as a force multiplier by ensuring Product teams can self-serve on common processes and tools.
  • Enable focus and resourcing on priority work
  • Be a thought partner to the VP of Product in assessing processes in place and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure prioritized initiatives have clear ownership and realistic cross-team resourcing.
  • Support capacity planning, tradeoff conversations, and dependency visibility across teams.
  • Facilitate project intake processes and scope management to ensure clarity before work begins.
  • Drive prioritization workflows and maintain visibility across Enterprise, Velo, Direct Customer Acquisition, GWOC, and WC Ops Platform teams.
  • Help reinforce, iterate, and improve our shared operating model for how product work is prioritized, staffed, and delivered.
  • Act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams to surface dependencies, blockers, and resourcing constraints early.
  • Run product strategy and ideation rituals
  • In collaboration with the Product Operations team, design and facilitate product brainstorming and planning sessions aligned to company priorities and goals.
  • Translate high-level strategy and goals into structured inputs that help teams generate strong product bets.

  • Act as a force multiplier for Product leadership
  • Identify friction points, gaps, or inconsistencies in how product work gets done to bring about resolutions.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity without adding unnecessary process.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership on how to scale the organization effectively.
  • Roadmap Delivery
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of certain top-priority projects.
